Questioning

We’ve had a few people remark on how quickly the Good Friday and Easter Monday classes filled, even with the increased class cap. We have a couple responses:

First check back, as the classes always change hands. We almost never have a class stay the same, people sign in and sign out all the time.

Two, we don’t have waitlists, because they don’t work well enough for us, that you would be notified in time for you to get to class, which is why we suggest checking back up until the time that you can make it to class on time.

And lastly, this is why regular class registration opens at 8pm each night and not for the whole week in advance. Because the classes would fill up with everyone having good intentions of attending, but as we get closer to the classes people would forget they signed in and not come. Some of our regular class days have seen up to 52 changes to the classes in one day, with athletes switching class times, or signing out, etc.

We’ve been around for close to 14 years, we run the facility the way that we have found works the best for us after doing lots of trail and errors along the way. We hope you understand.

We know it’s not ideal to try and sign into a class that has reached it cap, but it doesn’t happen often, and for holiday workouts, while we increase the class size, there still has to be a cap on that size of the class for safety and equipment.

Outside of Holiday WOD’s, when regular classes reach capacity, we follow the trend closely, but we don’t make changes or adjustments to our schedule until that trend is happening for a prolonged period of time. An example, the 9:30am class and the Noon am classes today, (Wednesday) were both at capacity at some point Wednesday morning, and even the 6pm class during the day capped out, and all 3 of the classes ended up under the capacity with multiple athletes signing out to make space. So please be assured that we pay attention to all class registration, and we do make changes and adjustments if and when needed.
